Position: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant with Benefits Administration

Position Summary:
Specialty Area – Benefits:
Support all benefits processes and applications used.
Test and support Benefit interfaces and Open Enrollment processes.
Serve as benefits liaison with Shared Services and other third parties.

Provide efficient case management in supporting, researching and resolving benefit related issues.
Maintain data integrity in system by running queries to validate interfaces, benefit processes and enrollment data.

Maintaining and sustaining processes, systems, procedures, and materials to support all benefit program administration.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality work.

Assist in the implementation of changes to the Benefits program design.
Working knowledge of group medical, dental, life, vision, disability insurance, ACA, HIPAA, regulations, Section 125 rules/guidelines and health savings accounts, etc. related to benefits administration policy.

Support Benefit Deployment testing as needed for acquisitions or other deployments.
Configure PeopleSoft Benefit modules for facility conversions into PeopleSoft or acquisitions.
