Desired experience
10+ years experience with PeopleSoft version 9.1 or latest versions.
Expert functional knowledge in Core HR, Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, NA Payroll and Absence Management.
Understanding of PeopleSoft data model, business process follow, familiar with core HCM modules functionality.
Good functional requirement validation, functional testing on Absence Management functionalities including create / updated AM rules.
Understanding of custom build processes, identify and develop functional test plan , follow the documentation process.
Experience with PeopleSoft Queries, report validation.
Defect fixing / testing
Strong knowledge and experience in developing test cases, functional test case execution and document the test results.
Understanding various PeopleSoft Modules Payroll and Absence Management Core HR including Self-Service and Manager Self-Service, etc.
Good communication skills.
