PeopleSoft HCM Analyst
St. Petersburg, FL
6 + month contract

Day to Day Responsibilities:
This BA will be supporting two projects. One is validating addresses on their web service.
They realized after hurricane Irma that counties were missing on many addresses so they could not send out targeted material.
BA will be gathering requirements from many different IT teams, creating manual test cases, and documenting.
Will need to drill down into the data. Second project is regarding an existing UI.
There will be a list of enhancements/issues that the BA will need to handle.
Client released new rules, so changes will need to comply with those rules.
MUST HAVE:
1. SQL – write and understand SQL (not coding, but will need to do more advanced SQL)
2. PeopleSoft HCM – Workforce Admin (Core HR), Profile Management and Employee/Manager self-service modules
3. Experience creating test cases for code changes and business practices
NICE TO HAVE:
1. PM skills
Client Job Description:
Looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM business analyst with excellent requirement gathering and data analysis skills.
PeopleSoft HCM experience should preferably include the following modules: Workforce Admin (Core HR),
Employee/Manager Self-Service, and Profile Management.
Candidate must have strong SQL knowledge and the ability to write SQL statements needed for data analysis.
Candidate must have project management skills to coordinate with other teams, develop timeline for dependencies etc.
Candidate must have the ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines
Candidate must have critical thinking and exceptional attention to details
Candidate must be on-site in St. Petersburg, FL until end of project (end of September 2018)
Role in projects:
Gathering requirements from many different teams that are not technically savvy
Analyze data via SQL to find trends, issues, and dependencies that are not documented in PeopleSoft HCM as well as downstream applications (MS SQL Server DBs)
Document current and future state of business processes and data flow between PeopleSoft HCM and downstream applications
Create test cases for code changes and business practices
Perform and document testing of code changes and new business practices
Coordinate and provide UAT support for business users
