We have a contract opportunity for a PeopleSoft Functional Lead. The project is in San Carlos, CA for 6+ months.



Description:

Level: Mid-level



The client is seeking a highly motivated, knowledgeable, experienced, and capable individual to lead the functional requirements, analysis and design phase of business process re-engineering project within our PeopleSoft FSCM environments.

The client will be moving forward on PeopleSoft BPR effort that will require the development of Functional and Technical Design Specifications.



Qualifications:

1) At least 5-7 years of solid experience in PeopleSoft functional business processes.

2) Advanced knowledge and experience of the Contracts-2-Cash business processes including Customer Contracts, Grants Management, Billing, AR and integrations with GL, Project Costing and Commitment Control.

3) Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.1 and above.

4) Experience working with core business to understand the requirements, translate, and provide resolutions to PeopleSoft Financials process solutions.

5) Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft data and database structures.

6) Strong knowledge of system development life cycle.

7) Solid competencies related to business process automation, solution provisioning, and integration.

8) Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in Computer Science Management Information Systems or four years (8,000) hours of work experience directly related to the skills required for successfully performing this position.

9) Has led multi-stream projects across PeopleSoft Financials and Enterprise Performance Management systems.



Job Description:



1) Works with the schedules, work plans, and activities of the individual work streams as planned by the Project Manager.

2) Works with project teams to gather requirements, analyze and translate desired business capabilities into solutions modeled to delivered business value.

3) Perform the role of PeopleSoft Functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in configurations and process flows of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain modules.

4) Works with requests for support from the District and other PeopleSoft functional and technical resources.

5) Provides Information on business stream statuses.
