Job Description:
The LCRA has several PeopleSoft Financials project initiatives and is posting this position for a PeopleSoft General Ledger and Commitment Control business analyst to execute these projects.

II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
10 Experience as a PeopleSoft General Ledger and Commitment Control business analyst for multiple PeopleSoft projects.
10 Experience performing PeopleSoft System Test, Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test.
10 Experience conducting design sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to meet business requirements with minimal customizations.
10 Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point
10 Experience resolving General Ledger and Commitment Controls functional and technical issues using development best practices.
10 Experience teaming with business owners and technical staff in a complex, large scale PeopleSoft environment.
10 Proven project team building skills and coordination across multiple modules.
10 Experience writing detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
10 Ability to alter project design direction based on business need, PM or Executive direction.
6 Experience in fast paced project, planning, research, analysis and development using the RICEFW Inventory based approach.
4 Experience writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for Unit, System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases.
3 Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.56
1 Experience with9.2 based PeopleSoft environment with multiple integrations to and from the General Ledgermodule (External and Internal
Strong Communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
Strong Experience coordinating and collaborating General Ledger and Commitment Controls module needs with other project team members in a PeopleSoft 9.2 implementation.
Strong Team player skills throughout a PeopleSoft Implementation or Upgrade.

Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
1 to 3 Public sector experience with a Utility or Energy Based company.
8 Experience with all aspects of Documentation, Planning, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Phases within other PeopleSoft Modules (A/P, A/R, AM, PO, eProcurement, Time and Labor) a plus.
Strong Ability to set and meet functional team deadlines while maintaining an even disposition under pressure
