Job Description:
This PeopleSoft Developer position will be responsible for assisting LCRA with the PeopleSoft technical development, integration, build and test of the reimplementation. The worker must have extensive knowledge of what is required to perform PeopleSoft system development specifically on integrations and interfaces. This position requires multi-tasking, exercising initiative and independent judgment.
The PeopleSoft Developer will report to the LCRA Digital Services Technical Lead and Collaborate and Coordinate with the other team members to ensure delivery of an integrated solution with minimal customizations that stays true to the core functions of both applications.
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
7 Experience developingPeopleSoft interfaces, customizations Interfaces through design, build and test phases.
7 Experience as a PeopleSoft Application Developer for multiple large PeopleSoft projects.
7 Able to write precise Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD) for PeopleSoft specifications.
7 Experience in implementing and maintaining PeopleSoft applications and interfaces using People Tools, Application Engine, Application Designer, People Code, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, Application Messaging, PS Query, SQR, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, XML and nVision.
7 Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point)
7 Develop and deliver project deliverables such as process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis and key design documents.
3 PeopleSoft Technical/Development experience with a minimum of 36 months in 9.2 version
3 Experience teaming with customers and technical staff in a complex, large scale PeopleSoft and/or Maximo environment with strict change control procedures.
3 Experience with PeopleSoft Integration tools (using PeopleTools 8.54 or higher) like Integration Broker in building real-time and batch interfaces with other PeopleSoft and non-PeopleSoft systems.
Strong Experience trouble shooting and resolving Service Requests (SR) through Unit, System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases.
Strong Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
Strong Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
