* Strong experience with leading projects in the Business Analyst Lead role or System Analyst Lead role.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a functional role supporting PeopleSoft Financials. Experience in supporting at least three of the following PeopleSoft modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Tree Manager, Security, PS/nVision, and PS Query.
* Experience with PeopleSoft custom modules support, analyzing and troubleshooting production issues.
* Proficient in writing SQL statements.
* Working knowledge of PeopleTools and SQR.
* Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
* Experience in gathering requirements, conducting business analysis and writing business specifications.
* Ability to articulate complex system processes.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong customer service acumen.
* Proven time management skills. Ability to multi-task efficiently and quickly respond to changing priorities.
Deliverable:
* Responsible for the system support and business analysis of financial systems to satisfy operations and reporting needs.
* Troubleshoots production issues and fulfills customer requests in a timely manner.
* Conducts root-cause analysis and develops solutions to prevent issues from re-occurring.
* Identifies and drives process and system enhancements to improve efficiencies within financial systems.
* Develops thorough and detailed business requirements, and manages user testing to complete system enhancement implementations.
* Leads new system implementations and existing system upgrades.
* Leads the business process design and the detailed business requirements development.
