Position: PeopleSoft Financial Functional Consultant or Lead
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 12+ months
Look for Citizen or GC. If the consultant is more than 10+ years then H1s or any visa is ok
Job Description: Immediate opportunity for a senior or lead level PeopleSoft Financial Consultant with Project Costing and GL expertise. Must have been a Lead with responsibilities for Project Costing to General Ledger on several prior projects with version 9.2 implementations and upgrades. Public Sector project experience with version 9.2 in past 5 years.
Job Requirements:
· 8-10 years working with PeopleSoft Project Costing and General Ledger
· Lead for Project Costing on version 9.2 and toolset 8.53/8.54
· Track record including full implementations, upgrades and project work with Project Costing/GL.
· Industry experience to include public sector in past 5 years and version 9.2.
· Experience with design, configuration, testing, client training, and support.
· In-depth PeopleSoft troubleshooting skills.
· Comprehensive understanding of industry best practices.
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including presentation skills.
Additional:
· Proficient with PS GL and Project Costing modules (client is using multi-tiered GL allocations to projects
· NVISION report development is a plus
· 4 years of experience with a combination of toolsets to include some of the following: SQL, XML, SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PS/Query, Datamover, Application Engine, Components Interface and Application Designer.
· SQL and Query Manager with understanding of GL, PC, AR tables.
· Assist with planning and testing for Conversion
