Job Description:
The SFS Program mission is to develop, implement and maintain a single, statewide financial system for use by the State Comptroller, Division of the Budget, and all agencies.
The consultant will be performing application development tasks including:
Automating test scripts executions
Test data set creation
Writing and executing Test Plans
Researching, resolving, and testing defects
Participating in all phases of the systems development life cycle including Application Testing (Unit, Functional, Integration and UAT Testing) and performance testing.
Special projects as required
Training other staff
Candidates should have at least 60 months experience and a majority of the following should apply:
Each candidate should fill out the months of experience they have for each item in the table:
1. 60 months of experience designing and documenting technical solutions and the test plans needed to validate that the business/system needs and requirements are met. #OF MONTHS 20
2. 48 Months experience creating and executing test scripts for Quality assurance, User Acceptance, Regression, and Performance Testing using tools such as Quality Center, QTP and loadrunner. #OF MONTHS 20
3. 24 months of experience developing, troubleshooting or providing production support of customizations, interfaces and programs in a PeopleSoft 9.x Financials environment utilizing PeopleTools and Oracle Data Integrator. #OF MONTHS 20
4. 24 Months serving in a technical lead capacity in a PeopleSoft ERP in any combination of at least two of the following modules:
Accounts Payable
Travel and Expense
Accounts Receivable
Billing
General Ledger
Commitment Control
Project Costing
Inventory
Real Estate Assets
Asset Management
