Required Skills:
At least 84 months of programming experience developing with PeopleTools on a public sector PeopleSoft Base Benefits or Benefits Administration application. (Creation of ‘run control’ panels or pages, PS/Query development, Crystal Reports development and SQR development will NOT be considered qualifying PeopleTools programming experience
At least 48 months of experience developing with PeopleTools on Public Sector PeopleSoft Base Benefits or Benefits Administration applications at release levels of 9.x or higher. (Creation of ‘run control’ panels or pages, PS/Query development, Crystal Reports development and SQR development will NOT be considered qualifying PeopleTools programming experience
At least 84 months of experience using SQL against an Oracle relational database to support PeopleSoft related tasks working in a UNIX environment.
At least 48 months of experience developing programs using SQR.

Description: NYBEAS (New York Benefit Eligibility and Accounting System) is a highly customized implementation of Oracle’s PeopleSoft HRMS PeopleSoft (Base Benefits) and PeopleSoft Financials (Accounts Receivable & General Ledger) applications.
Responsibilities:
The consultant will be performing Technical Architect, PeopleSoft Administration support and development tasks including:
Researching and documenting technical designs
Provide daily support into both delivered and customized aspects of PeopleSoft HRMS/Base Benefits modules from a technical and business perspective.
Provide technical advice to meet business needs
Work with other agencies and technical support teams in the pursuit of technically excellent solutions
Produce technically excellent solutions architecture that is aligned to business needs and direction
PeopleSoft HCM 9 or higher support in a Unix Environment
Research, resolve, and test defects
Manage migrations of enhancements through to the production PeopleSoft Environment using standard PeopleSoft migration tools.
Provide support for any upgrades
Perform Knowledge Transfer
Special projects as required
