Job Description :
At least 10 yrs experience on PSft HRMS v9.1 or above
Strong hands-on experience on PSft NA Payroll
Deep knowledge of pay cycle processing, delivered payroll setup tables, control tables, configurations & transaction tables, and Core HCM Setup tables,
Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience on PeopleTools, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface
Analyze programs on SQR, App Engine, Cobol.
Ability to write SQLs to investigate production issues
Provide resolution or workaround on tickets for Core HCM, North America Payroll modules (both USA & Canada)
Carry out data analysis, data fixes using Oracle SQL.
Should have experience in applying NA Payroll tax updates.
Must have sound business knowledge on Core HCM, NA Payroll process wise.
Must have clear understanding on the Core HCM, NA Payroll related Setup tables, Configurations and Transaction tables
Should ensure SLA is met for all the support tickets based on priority & severity of customer.
Coordinate with offshore team with the current analysis, when ticket is not resolved in day time.
