Job Description
The primary objective of this contract work is to provide application support to Peoplesoft HCM (8.3) and Financials (8.4 This position will assist with production support of HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, GL, AP, Purchasing, Projects, Commitment Control and Inventory. Responsibilities include system integrations, develop and maintain complex reports using SQR, Application Engine and Crystal Reports, technical support to business users, and troubleshooting system issues.

The following are desirable experience and expertise for the Project:
a. Advanced experience with Peoplesoft development tools: Application Designer, Peopelcode, Application Engine, Query, Nvision, Integration Broker, and Component Interface.
b. In depth experience with SQR, Crystal Reports, Peoplesoft Query and SQL to develop custom reports.
c. Technical and functional knowledge of HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, GL, AP, Purchasing, Projects, Commitment Control and Inventory.
d. Ability to provide Peoplesoft technical support, including making system configurations, implementing performance improvements, troubleshooting system errors, managing security, and developing integrations.
e. Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and deploying customizations and interface configurations to meet business needs.

Assignments/Tasks
This Contractor assignment consists of, but is not limited to, the following areas:
a. Provide production support to Peoplesoft HCM and Financial systems.
b. Work with business users to evaluate requirements and develop technical solutions.
c. Help resolve system and data issues related to HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor. Support HCM business processes such as hiring, benefits enrollment, timesheets, payroll reconciliation and tax updates.
d. Help resolve system and data issues related to GL, AP, Purchasing, Commitment Control, Inventory, Projects. Support Financial functions of budget check, purchase orders, vouchers, matching, inventory, journals, projects, budget load, PO rollover and year end processes.
e. Work directly with business users to develop ad-hoc queries and reports.
f. Develop integrations with internal and external systems.
g. Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy customizations and interface configurations to meet business needs.
h. Develop complex processes and reports using SQR and Application Engine and/or Component Interface.
