Job Description :
PeopleTools 8.55/8.56 Upgrade (HCM and Interaction HUB)
Experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management(HCM) and Financials (FSCM) applications
Experience with PeopleSoft Interaction HUB
Experience with upgrading PeopleTools 8.53(or lower) to 8.55/8.56 for HCM 9.1 and IHub 9.1
University experience preferred
Some experience in project management
Minimum 18 months experience in PeopleSoft fluid, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, XML, CSS and People Tools
Provide analysis/guidance and best practice in upgrading PeopleTools from 8.53 to 8.55/8.56 for HCM 9.2 and Interaction Hub 9.1
Provide analysis/design of fluid functionality to include fluid (tile design) versus class (2-column design) in HCM and IHub
Provide analysis/guidance and best practice of HCM 9.2 application latest Image and Interaction Hub 9.1 with and without using PUM/CA process
Automate scripts/file/security requirements needed for Interaction HUB
Recommendation on People Tools 8.55/8.56 functionality best practices (Work Center, Dashboard, Activity Guide, Etc
Provide guidance on development and selective removal of Georgia Tech customizations
Testing – ensure all development/configurations work as anticipated (browsers, small form factor devices, desktop)
Security – assist with security setup and configurations (People Tools v8.55 integration between Interaction HUB(IH), Human Capital Management (HCM), other GT external systems)
Documentation – technical knowledge transfer and training as needed, documentation of app/upgrade tasks (runbook), procedures, processes, and tools
Assist database team with migration procedures between database environments
Develop a project work plan and risk plan with the Georgia Tech technical lead Submit weekly progress reports
Provide post-production support
