Job Description:
The Associate will work as part of the TCS PeopleSoft team as PeopleSoft Benefits and Compensation SME.
The project scope includes working directly with customers across global on benefits and compensation as SME and also interacting with vendors

Must Have Skills :
Associate should have good understanding and working experience on PeopleSoft Benefits and Compensation
Associate should have good understanding and working experience on PeopleSoft Technical
Good customer management skills Associate should good analytical and problem solving skills
Associate should good understanding of support model Along with good knowledge and experience of PeopleSoft
PeopleSoft Technical with Proficiency Level of E2
PeopleSoft Core HR with Proficiency Level of E3
PeopleSoft Enterprise (Benefits) - Product Configuration (Functional) with Proficiency Level of E3
PeopleSoft Enterprise (Compensation) - Product Configuration (Functional) with Proficiency Level of E2
Good to Have Skills : Associate should good understanding of support model Along with good knowledge and experience of PeopleSoft Good customer management skills Ready to work on different technologies apart from PeopleSoft Technical Responsibilities:

· Working directly with customers across global on benefits and compensation as SME and also interacting with vendors
· Resolving benefits and compensation related issues
· Implementing and configuring Benefits and compensation in PeopleSoft
· Providing RTB support for PeopleSoft HR and Payroll systems
· Writing SQL programs
· Contributes throughout project life cycles.
· Test and reconcile designs to source systems and business specifications. This includes understanding business processes and translating them into requirements.

Relevant Years of Experience: 10 and above Yrs.
