Role : PeopleSoft CRM Lead
Location : Charlotte, NC
Duration : 6 months
Client : Accenture
Client needs a strong Functional Lead (hands-on) to help expand their use of CRM in support of their Payroll and Benefits group.
5-7 years of hands-on PSFT CRM Functional experience
Able to design AND implement enhancements to the existing 9.1 CRM landscape to address user requests and user experience issues related to such things as:
- case creation, management and handling
- knowledge banks
- usability
Strong knowledge of delivered functionality in 9.1 CRM
Must be able to work with users, IT, and leadership to identify and solve functional needs
