Need PeopleSoft Admin
Location: Dallas
Full Time

Need PeopleSoft Admin with minimum of 10 years of experience.
Technical Skills:
Worked on at least 2 end-to-end implementation & support projects
Has at least 10+ years of work experience in PeopleSoft Admin 9.2 & tools 8.5x
Ability to install, troubleshoot and maintain PeopleSoft Internet Architecture components including
o App Servers,
o Process Schedulers, and
o Web logic Servers.
Experience in implementation, Upgrade & support engagements
Working experience on Peoplesoft update manager
Experience on setting up Candidate Gateway & SSO
Working knowledge on Oracle, Unix, NT
Expertise in applying Maintenance Packs, Tax Updates, Patches and bundles on different environments
Experience in installing Oracle, SQL- Server on Windows and UNIX\Linux environments
Experience in setting up client workstation using Configuration Manager and setting up Change Assistant for application and tools updates
Plan and manage the installation of application patches, tax updates and maintenance releases on development, test, QA and production environments.
Proactively plan for future capacity requirements by calculating growth of the application in the areas of database size, number of end-users and application functionality.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Identify and participate in application architecture solutions for improving the reliability, performance and availability of the systems.
Interact with analysts and user community to analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems.
Prepare and deliver recommendations to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical administration and migration support for various PeopleSoft environments.
Ensure application change control and migration strategy policies are followed.
Be available on an on-call basis for system and application problems.
Respond to problem tickets within service level agreement timeframes.
Manage systems for high availability, and satisfactory response time.
Act as a liaison with other IT departments and external departments.
Good knowledge of IT Project Management Standards.

Should be able to drill down the metrics , analyze the gaps and suggest solutions
Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and quality of work
Should be able to build tools & accelerators which is value add for the customer
Behavioral Skills:
Should be aggressive in making decisions and managing teams
Should have very good communication.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Qualification:
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
