Biogensys is currently hiring for a Pega Lead System Architect
Job Description:
The Lead System Architect will work with multiple teams consisting of developers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to convert the business requirements, business process flow, use cases and the supporting integration documentation into a fully functional application that meets the user’s needs.
The System Architect will meet with end users and technical staff of all types to gather and document business and system requirements.
Proposes comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Develops and / or engineer’s user interface, service tier, data tier components, infrastructure or security for PRPC.
Develops standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components.
Assists in project planning, including developing of timelines, composition of technical teams and leveling of resources.
Mentors business and technical team members on processes and standards to promote consistency and improve productivity.
Assists in the development and review of technical deliverables on projects.
The System Architect should have experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications.
The System Architect should have had exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to, WebSphere or WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .NET, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL. With specific expertise in some of the above.
Skills Required:
PEGA Smart BPM PEGA PMF PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives PEGA PRPC Use Case Development Converting business into process flow PEGA certified Senior System Architect
Skills Preferred:
Must have ability to communication clearly and effectively (written & oral)
Writing and debugging programs written in COBOL/CICS/DB2 5 years
Must have ability to communication clearly and effectively (written & oral)
Experience with IBM-MQSERIES 4 years
Experience with IBM OS/JCL (MVS) 5 years
Experience with CA-ADS/APPC 4 years
Experience with CICS 5 years
Experience with IDMS/DC to CICS conversion 4 years
Experience with IDMS to DB2 conversion 4 years
Experience Required:
Minimum of 7 years of related experience in all phases of object oriented software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications. Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing solutions utilizing PEGA
Education Required:
