Job Description :
1. Overall experience – at least 10 years
2. At least 7 years’ experience in PEGA
3. PEGA LSA Certified
4. Excellent in communication
5. Manage the overall key design areas of a Pega implementation
6. Leverage deep understanding of Pega Platform including application debugging tools and features
7. Use expert consulting skills to manage project scope and client expectations
8. Implement Pega applications that are built for change, are reusable, and are maintainable
9. Lead implementation of complex Pega design and development projects
10. Apply Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and best practices on projects
11. Leverage expert knowledge of and in-depth experience with the Pega architecture, security model and service interfaces to build Pega based applications
12. Experience in PEGA upgrade is added advantage
