Job Description:
Bachelor''s degree in Computer science or equivalent with 7+ years experience.
Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
Pega PRPC version 7 platform experience
Experience with development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, and Iterative) strongly preferred.
Good understanding of OOO, SOA, ESB and basic CSA concepts/design patterns.
1+ years of Pega implementations
Experience designing and developing process based solutions using BPM (business process management)
Experience with basic rule forms, such as Flows, Activities, Sections, Harnesses, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA’s, Correspondences, Reports, Connectors, Services, etc
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Ability to work and communicate effectively with other developers, IT staff and non-IT functional areas
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
