Title: Pega Developer
Location: Memphis, TN
Duration: Contract/ Fulltime

Job Description:
Required a Pega Lead developer with total 6+ years of IT experience with 2+ years in logistics domain on Pega projects with CSSA certification.
Able to understand PUI Pega framework and provide quick rollouts of out-of-box Pega 7 features.
Able to analyse requirements and create a quick prototype
Good team player; able to work with virtual teams across geographies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to perform show & tell and demo activities for stakeholders and improve the application based on feedback
Understanding of BPM foundation for process improvements delivered using Pega application by increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the processes.

Required Skills – Essential:
Pega 7.x working experience with Agile; conversant with Pega implementation using best practices
Ability to perform peer code reviews , create LLDs (if necessary)
No customization & Low code mindset
Sound technical skills around Pega 7.x
Good communication & interpersonal skills Desired :
Release management experience with Dev-ops
