Sr. Pega Developer
Must Have
Minimum 4 years of PEGA experience with CSA certification.
3 Years or more experience if CSSA
Candidate should have good troubleshooting, debugging and problem solving skills using Logs, PEGA Tracer , clipboard, SMA etc.
Candidate should have good understanding on Pega features and there usage like flow, Data pages, Activities, Data transform, Correspondence, Agents, Reports, Connectors, Declarative rules and Guardrails etc along with best practices during implementation.
Experience working in Agile methodology and using tools like Jira.
Good understanding in Enterprise Class Structure, Rulesets and Branch application development.
Good communication skills and good team player skills, should demonstrate ability to take ownership and deliver task assign to him.
Candidate should poses good knowledge on unit testing, functional testing skills to validate other team member work.
Qualifications:
Over 7+years of work experience in IT /software development College degree in Information Systems or related field
Thorough knowledge of programming concepts, design, procedures and practices
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other Departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple deadlines
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
Extremely process and detail oriented Strong customer service focus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Familiarity with health care industry very helpful Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines
