Job Description :
Experience:

5+ years’ of application development with Agile Scrum experience and implementation experience.
2+ years of active Pega Systems application development/architecture on version 7.1+ frameworks

Skills:

Pega certified LBA (Lead Business Architect), and/or equivalent training/experience
Experience in analysis of Agile user stories in development Business Process Management (BPM) applications using Pega PRPC frameworks
Proficient in SDLC requirements (documentation, planning, change management) for developing large scale enterprise applications using the Agile Scrum Methodology.
Can perform either Business Analysis or Scrum Master role if required to implement PPRC foundation layer components or utilities.
Proficient in product development participating in Agile ceremonies (grooming, show-n-tell, retrospectives)
3 analysts are required with a Specific Expertise to include:
o analysis of shared components for PPRC Foundation Layer Components
o analysis of Integration Interfaces to integrate the PPRC Foundation
o Release Plan/Coordination, Test Coordination, and Deployment implementation
Experience with Pega Agile Designer/Agile Studio story management tool
Experience working in Agile Scrum environment, expert in JIRA and Confluence
Emphasis on collaboration between Product Owner and with various Pega development teams, Architects, Tech Leads, and Operations teams
Able to work under pressure, team member oriented, with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
