Job Description :
                                                                             Manager will work closely with HCM ERP partner, clients, IT/functional teams and corporate leadership regarding implementing next generation Payroll solutions to the SyncHR cloud. This role will require strong  Payroll Implementation skills and experience.  Strong organization, communication and inter-personal skills will be required
Qualifications   
	 Provide functional/technical consulting services and leading clients through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for SyncHR Payroll projects 
	 Identify business requirements and map them to the SyncHR cloud payroll functionality 
	 Conduct Functional/Technical Design projects 
	Identify functionality gaps in SyncHR Payroll, and build extensions for them 
	 Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems 
	Configure the SyncHR payroll application to meet client requirements and document application set-ups 
	Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions
	 Develop, Implement, Security and Validation Strategies & Plans SyncHR cloud payroll projects
	 Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts 
	Support clients with the execution of test scripts 
	 Validate configuration and data for Payroll projects 
	 Lead migration of configuration, integrations and extensions to Production 
	Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables 
	 Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner 
	 Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions 
	 Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis 
	 Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology for SyncHR cloud payroll projects
	Specific SyncHR system skills training will be provided upon hire
Required skills:
	Must have Payroll experience 
	Business Analyst Skills (Requirements, Facilitation)
	Minimum of five years experience in a Payroll Systems Techno-Functional ERP Lead role
	HCM Cloud (Payroll) implementation experience (Payroll Modules: Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, MSFT or SyncHR) 
	Prior experience leading HCM implementations/upgrades and systems or application configuration experience
	Experience with Project Phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support 
	Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments 
	Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of client issues 
	Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, account managers, and management
	Consistently produces clear, concise status reports 
	Builds confidence and trust with clients 
	Displays effective analytical skills
Degree:  Bachelors Degree.  MBA a plus
