Job Description :
Position : Vulnerability Management Expert

Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: 6-12+ Months

Detailed job description:
Good experience of managing end-to-end Enterprise level Vulnerability Management solution.
Experience in working in a large organization with globally distributed personnel, functions and operations.
Strong understanding of VM technologies & tools like Qualys, Veracode, Nessus, Nexpose and other related Products
Experience in VM solution problem solving, like investigating the Root Cause of the issues, eliminating false positives & resolve the issues on time.
Strong understanding of ITIL process i.e. Incident, Change, Problem and Major Incident Management.
Knowledge on Patch management process and tools like SCCM, GPO, Satellite.
Ability to work with server teams to remediate the issues and patch servers on time.
Provide proactive patch administration and management services and support.
Patching 3rd Party Applications with defined Software roadmaps on patching / update cycles.
Have knowledge on various vendor patch advisories and their fix like Microsoft patch Tuesdays, HPE security updates, oracle patches etc.
Strong understanding of OWASP issues and NIST frameworks. Strong understanding on SSL related issues.
Basic knowledge on windows & Unix servers issue handling, registry & config file changes.

Certifications : CEH/CISSP added advantage.
