Role purpose Lead and implement the project delivery for the R&D team, coordinating IT teams and business stakeholders. Executing workshops, reports and project governance

Project Delivery
Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production)
Ensure testing processes and resources are adequately planned and continually improved upon;
Engage and manage resources from divisional teams that will contribute to project delivery
Understand scope, cost and resourcing impacts and negotiate a successful outcome for the project stakeholders
Establish relevant project governance for the project and maintain reports/status updates
Execute production releases for prototypes, coordinating the relevant change management and technical teams
Provide an escalation point for risks, issues and dependencies that need to be resolved, efficiently resolving these to meet deadlines
Assist in the Project management of Ventures partnerships within the business by facilitating workshops, providing ongoing reports and ensuring that the partnership delivery is engaged and running smoothly with business expectations.
Successful prototypes implemented into production and supported by the IT teams
Projects delivered on time and on budget
Stakeholder feedback on delivery and communication standards

Management of delivery teams employed by an external venture partnerships

Manage various stakeholders in respect of the above mentioned programs of work.
Communicate effectively at Steer-Co and Working group meetings the status of projects
Facilitate all project meetings and engage with PMO where required
Establish strong relationships with IT and Venture partnerships to ensure smooth delivery and open communication
PMO governance in place for all candidate projects
Clear documentation of RAIDs

Minimum knowledge & skills required to competently undertake the role (e.g. specific technical, professional and/or market knowledge, internal Client’s knowledge, learned or acquired skills
Relevant qualifications and/or years of experience in relevant industry/role/function.
Knowledge Skills Experience
Experienced AGILE professional with a successful track record of delivery and execution on projects
Experience with Digital Platforms/Sitecore preferable
Strong communication, presentation and listening skills
Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
Excellent understanding of change management and release management impact to organization as result of project implementation
7+ years solely as a fully-fledged Project Manager and/or Agile Delivery Manager in a number of varied environments.
Experience in iteration and sprint planning; and conducting retrospectives and sprint reviews
Excellent scoping and documentation skills and understanding of user stories
Experience in managing and leading project teams with more than one specialist stream
Experience with Application Development projects, Digital projects and working with IT Infrastructure teams
Experience with managing multiple stakeholder groups
Experience with communicating with global/regional stakeholders
Experience with change management and release management for project delivery and implementation into production
