Job Brief
We are looking for an Sr. Executive as an experienced Program Manager for a $80M+ IT Outsourcing program. The IT outsourcing is across the entire breadth & depth of IT – across Application platform, Middleware/DB platforms, Securuty & Infrastructure platforms. The ideal candidate will provide executive presence to customer, strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture and help go head to head with competitors and expand the Program portfolio & presence. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner, oversee the progress of operations, and be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities
· Ensure program success through strong performance management and measurement methodology
· Represent Company at Customer site and channel culture in the IT outsourcing operation and people leadership
· Be the voice of the Customer, understand their culture, blockers, prioritize impact and engage Customer & internal cross functional teams to solve the same
· Drive customer experience initiatives in Customer sites to help grow and expand IT outsourcing with Company
· Decide on suitable strategies and objectives at Program / Portfolio level
· Manage complex customer and internal multi-vendor stakeholder relationships
· Coordinate cross-project activities
· Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
· Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
· Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
· Apply change, risk and resource management
· Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
· Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
· Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
· Prepare reports for program directors

Requirements
· Proven experience as a Program Manager for $100M+ IT Outsourcing program
· Thorough understanding of ITIL Processes and proficiency in adapting it to the culture & objectives of different environments
· Strong project/program management techniques and methods
· Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent problem-solving ability
· Preferably with a Big-4 consulting or Tier-1 Global System Integration firms
· Knowledge of Oracle Products is a plus
