Job Description :
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with key business partners to support purchase, scheduling and fulfillment of services as well as new offerings.
Understand what the customer needs are from a DotCom & Services perspective.
Analyze site analytics and report out to key stakeholders.
Coordinate and execute fulfillment projects.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Must have experience determining what customers need online, and translating it to shareholders.
Experience in site analytics, business analytics and/or product management for an ecommerce organization
Experience leading a team is a must have
Financial and/or web analytics background
Project coordination/management
Ability to create and deliver presentations
