Job Description :
1. Assists with audits for compliance with policies and procedures of accreditation requirements for CMMI level 3
2. Has good understanding of CMMI L3 practices
3. Assures that quality assurance audits are completed in a timely fashion and are reported back to the audited entity within the required time parameters
4. Utilizes quality assurance and quality improvement evaluation methodologies for measurement of compliance and to sustain survey readiness, including ongoing preparedness reviews.
5. Conduct root cause analysis and drive the process improvements to improve product quality
6. Collaborates in the implementation, monitoring and reassessment of quality improvement plans Maintains working knowledge of CMMI L3 standards as pertinent to the organization.
7. Assists in the development of improvement plans with department/unit managers and supervisors in response to identified deficiencies
8. Publish Monthly quality metric dashboard of various projects.
9. Train and mentor project teams on CMMI L3 standards as defined in SSEP (Standard Systems Engineering Process)
