Job Details
A project manager is with mid-career professional, with 5 – 7 years project management experience.
Account Business Planning - Refresh to reflect current business priorities, simplify and improve usability, standardize templates to support all GTM channels, automate provision of account intelligence. Strong skills in Agile and also strong background in understanding in the areas of implementing a data platform in the cloud, data strategy and master data management implementations, business analytics and visualization . Enable key business insights on new product performance (installs, orders, and backlog
knowledge project , Knowledge repositories, review and managing content and working collaboratively to identify any gaps in knowledge, track progress,
report on gaps , maturity of KM function. Work with the client along with lead and business analyst to understand the business needs and Software Requirements Specification (SRS) of the project and direct project or module lead in project planning, scheduling and requirement clarification
Manage allocation, utilization cost, time schedules and standards with well-defined milestones.
Supervise Systems Analysts/Senior Systems Analysts/Associate Project Managers to execute and deliver the project according to requirements specifications.
Estimate and work with other managers to finalize the resource count.
Identify the backup(s) for the key resources in the project from function as well as management point of view.
Coordinate with IT supporting teams to meet the project IT systems and service requirements.
Review and conduct regular team meetings with key resources in the project and ensures that progress of the project is per schedule.
Report the progress of the project as per established guidelines and mitigate the bottlenecks while executing the project plan.
Act as a connecting pin between on-site and off-shore teams and escalate the issues for timely resolution.
Ensure the interaction between project team with other support teams like Software Quality Assurance, Test Consultancy Group etc for smooth progress of project.
Ensure quality and other established standards and deliverables are as per the project schedule.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.
Ability to plan, schedule, conduct, and review meetings with various teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage planning roadmaps, conduct demand management, and track yearly goal progress.
Ability to create PowerPoint and Word document content relevant to team activities, feedback, and plans.
Ability to manage team SharePoint site, conduct content management, and make site useable for stakeholders.
Ability to conduct user workshops, define requirements, estimate, assess and plan projects; write use and business cases; and design workflow processes.
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and utilizing project management applications.
Agile Experience is must.
PMP Certification.
Experience : 10-15 years IT experience with min 5 – 7 years Project Management experience.
