This position requires strong casion gaming experince, technical depth, operational discipline as well as excellent communication skills. You will work closely with senior leadership, engineering teams, and project managers to drive the complete program lifecycle, which includes designing the roadmap for various project supporting the program, set expectactions with various stakeholders, and keeping our core teams but also related groups accountable for their commitments.
§ Above 8 years of program/project management experience required with strong casino gaming experience.
§ Must have excellent leadership negotiation and mediation skills;
§ Must have excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills;
§ Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities;
§ Must be able to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the Company;
§ Must be able to effectively manage several projects simultaneously;
§ Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments;
§ Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
