Job Description :
Strong working experience as a Scrum Master in at least 3 implementation projects
Experience with projects involving enterprise-wide application suites and multiple business functions. o Knowledge and practice of traditional scrum ceremonies and help teams adhere to defined goals of each event.
Prioritize backlog items driven by date relationships, deadlines & regulatory requirements and business driven value added features o Help ensure effective completion of prioritized backlog and support Product Owner in backlog management.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Scrum Master Certification o Advanced understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques o Demonstrated advanced proficiency in the specific tools that are available and required as part of the company''s project management information system.
Advanced ability to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans.
Familiarity with system life cycle processes from ideation through delivery.
Ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple business units engaged in the delivery of scope and effort
