Title: PM/Director (Child Support) - W2 or 1099 - F2F Interview
Location: Phoenix, AZ.
Length: Long term

Job Description:

F2F Interview required - Reasonable expenses will be paid for f2f*

* Very long term project; initial 5 year contract with extensions *

W2 or 1099 only - no c2c

* Prepare the project management deliverables.
* Assist with the preparation of planning documents such as APDs.
* Organize, manage, and control all aspects of the development and implementation effort.
* Coordinate formal communication to all affected groups.
* Ensure all contractors’ project deliverables are reviewed before submission for approval.
* Supervise and assist in the implementation of the project management plans and project
schedule, including monitoring project task completion, and remaining efforts. Assist in
monitoring the project budget and contracts.
* Oversee the establishment and management of protocols for risk management, issue
resolution, change control, and scope control.
* Assist in preparation of status reports.
* Guide the flow of information to and from project stakeholders and as outlined in the
Communications Plan.
* Control and organize the documents generated throughout the project.
* Maintain the project schedule on the Microsoft Project.
* Ensure project compliance with applicable regulations.

Skills:

* A minimum of fifteen (15) years of software development project management experience in state government sector modernization in which ten (10) years has been in Child Support Enforcement environment.
* A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience, managing systems architecture and development projects;
* Completed at least two (2) projects within the last ten years that involved designing business processes and procedures and developing new systems to supports the new business processes;
* Experience in communication and coordination of activities with external stakeholders;
* Experience with Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) Certification for multiple
states;
* A minimum of ten (10) years of experience using Microsoft Project;
* Detailed knowledge of Title IV, Part D of the Social Security Act;
* Detailed knowledge of the Automated Systems for Child Support Enforcement: A Guide for States 2009; and
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred.
