Role: PLM – Windchill Systems Lead Opportunity
Location : Waukesha, WI
Duration: 12+ Months contract

Job Description:

The Systems Lead will assemble and lead the operations post “go-live”, owning and driving the team to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements, help drive adoption of the Windchill platform across Engineering and non-Engineering user base and establish relationship with key stakeholders.
The role is primarily responsible for managing the successful Transition, Steady State operations of PLM solutions
The Support Lead shall act as the primary customer contact for ePLM services, handling any issues arising, escalating as appropriate, providing status reporting to all stakeholders and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
The lead shall develop and execute world-class delivery processes, metrics and performance targets; reporting internally on project performance (services delivery, progress, economics, etc and ensure that the solution deployed adds value to the customer
The lead shall drive Project and Operations teams by communicating high level and detailed requirements with detailed understanding on client PLM business processes and solution architecture

Required Skills and Experience:

Enterprise System Administration experience with PTC Windchill PDM Link 11.1 (Rehosts, Update, Upgrade,
Patching, Clustering, Replication, Vault Configuration and management, Method Server/Server Manager log review and troubleshooting; Application Performance Management/Monitoring; Perform code deployments and configuration changes at the system level)
L2/L3 Support experience and ability to work with PTC to get help and troubleshoot system /business administration issues.
Ability to perform root cause analysis using various PTC logs and suggest ideas for reducing recurrent issues.
Function as a Team player as well as Individual contributor Windchill Business and Creo/CATIA CAD administration knowledge
Incident and Problem management and performing root cause analysis

Required Experience:

Excellent professional / consultative oral and written communication skills with the ability to set and manage appropriate expectations with customer and partner stakeholders
Previous work experience with industry leading providers of Product Lifecycle Management Solutions - PTC Windchill PLM suite mandatory
5+ years engagement/consulting/delivery or technical project management/service delivery experience with large enterprise IT/infrastructure distributed software environments
Global roll out experience, working with teams in multiple countries
A track record of high customer satisfaction through successful delivery of defined projects, tasks, and outcomes
Ability to function effectively under pressure in environments of rapid change and conflicting demands and client management using diplomacy, tact, and poise
Team management – Distributed global workforce – Europe, India
Provide Operations perspective to project teams
