Job Description :
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Engineering or Computer Science.

Domain expertise in PLM and/or Retail knowledge.

Extensive knowledge of Integrity PLM is required: Installation, architecture, solution implementation and reporting and trouble-shooting of Integrity system.

Experience working with PLM systems and understanding the business uses are required.

Experience mapping business processes and associated requirements is required.

Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.

Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies is required.

Experience with software configuration managements tools is required.

Experience with Project and/or Program management practices is required. Project planning and work estimating techniques is preferred.

Experience presenting Solutions resulting from Sprints as part of the Agile methodology is required.

Experience with incorporating user feedback into solutions and backlogs is required.

Strong communication skills are required

Ability to work independently without daily supervision is required.

Facilitate functional and technical requirements gathering for PLM, Change Management and Migrations

Integrate system components into a comprehensive architecture to satisfy business requirements

Provide best practices for user acceptance testing, training, design, documentation and delivery efforts

Supports teams with advanced technical questions and solutions

Manage relationships with external system implementers and support providers

Coordinate the communication, testing and validation of PLM software upgrades

Stay abreast and share PLM best-practices and Aras PLM feature enhancements to promote continuous improvement

Experience with Java or JavaScript programming is preferred.
