Position : PL/SQL + OFSAA Developer
Location : Fremont, CA or Charlotte, NC
Experience : 9+ Years
Primary Skills : PL/SQL, OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application), Teradata

Our client is looking for an OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application) candidate with the following:-
Responsible for managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles into the design and development of software and IT processes
Responsible for overall design and development of components for Integration with OFSAA and Lombar
Good understanding of the OFSAA modules and hands on experience in building and configuring rules within the OFSAA tool
Deep understanding of business requirement related to Regulatory Reporting before materializing them using the OFSAA solution
Good understanding and hands on experience on PL/SQL
Good understanding of Teradata
Excellent communication skills – ability to articulate and drive design discussions with business, tech VPs & product owners
Closely working with product owners to prioritize features for ongoing sprints and managing a list of technical requirements based on industry trends, new technologies, known defects, and issue

Required Qualifications
BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
Good financial knowledge in the area of risk and finance
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business consulting in Banking/Finance Sector
Minimum 4 years of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) experience
Minimum 9 years of application development and implementation experience
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding CCAR reporting
Exposure to Data mapping and data modelling exercise for compliance/Financial reporting will be an added advantage
Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
Customer orientation and customer facing skills
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
