Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)/Digital Certificate Administrator - Support Team that administers the Certificate Authorities (CA) and Hardware Security Modules (HSM) of an industry Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Key Management team. As a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)/Digital Certificate Administrator, you will play an integral role in administering the large scale enterprise and commercial/publicly trusted PKI services for one of the largest networks in the U.S. Roles and Responsibilities: • Administration of Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2012 Active Directory Services including CA, HSM, Certificate Enrollment Web Services, Certificate Enrollment Policy Web Service, and Internet Information Services (IIS • Administration of the Online Responder service. • Support project-focused service expansion. • Serve as the final level escalation point for support issues. Qualifications: • Five years of Information Technology and/or Information Security work experience, including three years of hands-on PKI experience• BS Degree in related field (Four additional years of Information Technology • System Administration of Windows, Unix, or Linux, and/or database skillset • Understanding of Cryptography and Key Management • PKI experience including hands on experience with: o Certificate Authority Administration o Certificate Enrollment Web Service & Policy Web Service o Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) monitoring • Disaster Recovery • Windows Server 2003/2008/R2/2012 and Windows 7/XP • Understanding of: o Cryptography Next Generation (CNG) o Key archival • Windows Server 2003/2008/R2/2012 and Windows 7/XP • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Extremely detail oriented • Occasional on-call • Annual travel to backup site Preferred Qualifications: • Occasional on-call • Annual travel to backup site • CISSP certification • GIAC certification • Supporting certificates in 802.1x environments • Understanding of Common Criteria Role Separation • PowerShell scripting • OpenSSL • Experience troubleshooting digital certificate issues • Familiarity with browser and application keystores • Certificate Management System (CMS) • Key Management System (KMS) • Understanding of PKIX, PKCS, SSL, TLS, S/MIME standards • Understanding of smart card technologies • Experience with UNIX or Linux • Helpdesk experience • Relevant Microsoft certifications • Capacity Planning and Optimization Additional Provisions
