Position Title: PKI Code Implementation Specialist / PKI Systems Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL.
Duration: LONG TERM

Dynamic Interactive Business Systems Inc. is looking for an PKI Code Implementation Specialist / PKI Systems Analyst for its direct Client in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a system analyst specializing in design of solutions utilizing PKI technology.
Design systems and programs to achieve desired functionality with PKI as a main component, produce diagrams, develop specifications, and document final solutions in accordance with existing customer standards, and communicate system and program design to both application programmers and business owners.
Performs as a “thought leader” on advanced PKI methods and technologies as a part of a team of identity management experts and staff focused on advanced solutions and research and development in public key infrastructure (PKI); registration authority (RA) activities; cyber strategic planning; identity and access management (IdM) analysis and engineering; communications security (COMSEC) analysis and planning; network operations analysis; and cyber information sharing.
Analyze, select, and design implementation strategies of PKI encryption technologies and products.
Conducts formal analysis of alternatives between potential products.
Prepares white papers, reports, product evaluations, and policy documents.
Reviews, analyzes, and implements DoD Policy and Directives within DoD and other Federal agencies.
Understands project management practices and DoD PKI certificate lifecycle management.
Possesses experience with Data Encryption Deployments and Applied Cryptography.
Leads working groups and forums on PKI policy, procedures, and technologies; and participation in multi-discipline working groups.

Education/Experience:

Top Secret Security Clearance
B.S. in a technical discipline (STEM) with at least 5 years of experience OR 10 years of demonstrated experience in Information Assurance designing, developing and implementing Identity Management (IA) and COMSEC technologies and building network identity architectures, analysis and plans OR 3 years demonstrated experience in developing Army policy, planning documents and conducting studies/analysis OR a doctorate degree in any S.T.E.M. related hard science (i.e. non-liberal
