This is back-end development, if they have HTML and CSS that’s great, but PHP is most important. Specifically Laravel, it’s a must, or Symfony is okay too. Drupal is not that important.
PHP Developer

The Senior Web Developer has ownership and accountability for delivering quality PHP, JS and CSS used throughout company applications.
Work in an agile environment and complete tasks in a top down order.
Keep current with trends of web development.
Always ready to learn new skills quickly and apply them to the task at hand in an expert capacity.
Works with existing database systems and web services to develop applications.
Understand how the business utilizes analytics to make decisions
Collaborate and implement Drupal best practice solutions.
Analyze code and assist to improve overall application performance.
Understands, collaborates, and develops using object-oriented programming techniques.
Ability to work with direct and indirect teams while ensuring quality and delivery.
Utilizes and manages source code version control practices on Git.
At least 2 years of experience with back-end Drupal development
At least 6 years of experience with PHP development
At least 4 year of MVC experience.
Experience with Laravel would be ideal
Experience with Responsive Development
Development experience including an in-depth knowledge and experienced understanding of the following:
Agile software development.
Drupal Forms, Panels, View
RESTful and SOAP web services
MySQL Database
B.S. in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented, very organized, and able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with a team as well as individually.
