Deployment Experience

Performance Engineer – Senior engineering position responsible for customer-facing web/mobile application performance engineering, performance testing, and tuning; application and database profiling, application performance management and monitoring, capacity modeling, working with agile development teams to document and implement non-functional requirements, helping diagnose complex performance issues with problem analysis and breakdown, degradation culprit identification through research, and tuning remediation.
Will also be responsible for providing leadership to remediate advanced technical engineering issues related to poor end-user application performance.
Must have strong understanding of digital customer-facing application architectures, caching and database architectures, web servers, Linux operating system, and sound knowledge of storage and network fundamentals on Cloud-based environments (AWS, Rackspace, etc.
