Note : Must have Architected entire technical landscape for latest 2 applications (projects) on Pega

Required Technical Skills:
Ability to play a consultative role for guiding customers towards a successful implementation
Understands the enterprise technology landscape and the role of Pega in the enterprise
Ability to identify, if a use case is the right fit for a Pega solution and provide alternate solutions if needed
Understand the customers current & future requirements and design the class structure, ruleset design & case types to drive enterprise reusability
Understand the requirements & Design the data model of the solution
Deep knowledge of all the Pega capabilities & Pega technology components and exactly know when to use these capabilities
Ability to provide multiple solution options for every design problem and explain the pros/cons of every option
Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive design workshops with customer stakeholders
Deep Knowledge of integrating Pega with other Technology Platforms
Ability to tune the Pega application for optimal performance & drive the design for Performance
Drive best practices within the development team and continuously monitor the best practice adherence
Ability to lead a team of developers and drive efficiency & quality of delivery
Based on the situation, has to be hands-on developing in the platform
Establish & govern Pega release management best practices for continuous delivery & parallel development
Knowledge of Pega Security Model related to Authentication & Authorization

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Application servers, DB Optimization, Hardware configurations
Experience in upgrading Pega Applications
Domain experience in Banking, Insurance or Healthcare
Knowledge of Pega frameworks & strategic applications
Knowledge of Pega cloud deployments
Experience working in Agile/Scrum Environments
Knowledge of Pega Mobility, Robotic Automation or Customer Decision Hub
