Role Description:

The Pega application support is responsible for PEGA Production support team and implementation of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) based solutions.

Other responsibilities may include:

Analyzing business needs and organizing them in stages and steps within a Pega Application

Understanding and refining requirements gathered by Pega Business Architects within the context of building a Pega application

Applying key application, case management, and user interface development concepts and techniques in the design and construction of the components in a Pega multi-process applications

Designing efficient data models, developing approaches for sharing data and integration with external data sources, and preparing data for reports within Pega Applications

Implementing decision rules to enforce organizational policies

Configuring processes and case stages

Designing and developing of User Interfaces

Creating application Pega documentation

Collaborating with the project teams, business stakeholders, and governance bodies to support Pega systems design and development that meets business requirements


Min Bachelor’ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related discipline

Good in client communication

Preferably Pega Certified

Experience in creating designs and developing implementations of Pega multi-process applications

Must have experience with object-oriented principles, and the logical and physical functional, operational, and technical architecture of large and complex information systems

Experience in support of the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework and familiarity in supporting Agile projects in federal agencies

Solid foundation in IT integration architecture and prior hands on experience in IT delivery while being aware of the latest IT trends and innovations as relevant for Pega

Ability to convert business requirements into system architecture and design

Deep knowledge of Pega application design and development best practices

Track record of successful Pega application implementations that meet user needs

Strong Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and Case Management

Experience in understand the business requirements
