We have the below role open with our direct end customer in San Antonio TX for long term contract.

Required Skills (and years of experience):
4-5 years of experience working in a technology organization within a fast paced, innovative, technology driven environment ideally in a regulated industry
Previous experience in customer support, computer operations, system administration, or another related area
Familiarity with most basic system administration tools and processes
Significant experience with PCI DSS, ISO27001/2, HIPAA/ HITRUST, SOX, SSAE 16 SOC1 & 2, etc.
Experience supporting, configuring and/or customizing RSA Archer 5.x is a plus
Good project management skills
Capable multi-tasker who can drive projects to completion while effectively collaborating and working across business and technical team resulting in high-functioning effective partnerships
Solid follow-up, strong delivery focus, positive attitude and collaborative style

Preferred Skills:
RSA Archer Certified Administrator (CA) certification is strongly desired
CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC certification is preferred

Required Soft Skills:
Capable of managing simultaneous work efforts as well as of maintaining good working relationships with business partners and technical peers

Education Requirement:
- Bachelor''s Degree

- Performance will be measured based on their effectiveness of executing on the requirements of the role within IT, ability to partner and collaborate/communicate with vendor teams and the business, and adhering to deliverables and timelines.
