Location : Washington, DC Metro

Duration : 6+ Months

Top Three Skills:

1. 5+ years in Identity & Access Management

- What is the background as to why certain things are being configured? Not just pressing buttons.

- Knowledge of IAM Security Domain – Provisioning, identification, authentication, authorization, audit, reconciliation, recertification, etc.

2. Extensive experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools

- Hitachi (preferred), Cyberark, Centrify, Xceedium, Lieberman, and/or PowerBroker.

- Understand the concepts of how PAM tools work

3. Account Management on Windows, Unix, AD, LDAP, databases, and storage systems.

Job description

Hitachi PAM Engineer will work closely with IT, Information Security and Business stakeholders to implement enterprise PAM solution.

Key Responsibilities

Enforce Privileged Access policies, standards, procedures and guidelines

Implement PAM use cases, workflows and activity monitoring processes

Implement user access monitoring procedures/processes to:

o ensure operational integrity of the PAM system

o identify threats and non-compliance with baselines

o enforce compliance requirements

Integrate eProvision (a custom Identity Management solution) and Hitachi PAM functionalities to closely manage privileged account lifecycles

Collect, track and report on various IAM metrics/KPIs/KRIs

Ensure adherence to defined development life cycle, good software design practices, information security requirements and solution architecture.

Work with Business stakeholders to identify, on-board and manage privileged accounts, enforcing PAM policies and ensuring compliance

Required experience

5+ years' experience in Identity and Access Management.

Extensive Privileged Access Management experience with Hitachi PAM (experience with other PAM solutions, such as CyberArk, Centrify, Xceedium, Lieberman, or PowerBroker.is a plus)

Integration with SIEM system(s)

Extensive Experience working with account management on various platforms such a Windows, Unix, Active Directory, LDAP, databases and storage systems.

Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management Security Domain, including provisioning, identification, authentication, authorization, audit, reconciliation, recertification, etc.

Using industry best practices in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT methodologies, services operations, ITIL (IT Information Library), incident management, problem management, change management, control and security standards, such as ISO27001 is desirable;

Strong analytical skills, including ability to gather and analyze a variety of information and to develop appropriate recommendations for action.

Education

Bachelor of Science Degree in related area (Computer Science degree is preferred)
