1. Oracle NMS experience on Outage management (any domain- doesn’t matter if no experience in energy and utility )

2. Strong OMS (on energy and utility Industry) irrespective of any product experience.

Project Overview

Project -Outage Management System Application Support

Scope :This project involves support of applications during critical weather conditions, reduction of the enhancement request backlog, application documentation, reducing ticket count and providing minor enhancements
Required Knowledge and Skills ( overall )

· Primary Skill -Knowledge on Outage Management System and Distributed Management System of Utilities

· Knowledge on SCADA, GIS will be an added advantage

· Provide trouble shooting, support to the OMS system for any issues

· Is adept with Incident management, Problem management and Change Management processes

· Understanding the existing application from a functional and technical point of view and provide the solution accordingly

· Provide support and prepare technical documentation

Behavioral Skill
· Effective in anticipating and understanding customer expectations, and ensure customer requirements are met and expectations appropriately managed

Experience: Qualifications:
· Work Experience of around 5-10 years in projects involving L2/L3 support
· ITIL experience/certification preferred
