WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience executing Training Design and Development deliverable for ERP efforts10 Years)
Experience conducting Training delivery and support sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to achieve user acceptance of the system. (10 Years)
Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point (10 Years)
Proven Change Management leadership and team building skills. (10 Years)
Experience with User Productivity Kits, Power Point Presentations, and other training development tools. (8 Years)
Experience teaming/training with business owners and functional staff in a complex, large scale PeopleSoft, Maximo and/or Oracle Business Intelligence environment. (5 Years)
Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at various levels of an organization. (Strong)
Preferences:

Public sector experience with a Utility or Energy Based company (2 Years)
Ability to set and meet functional team deadlines while maintaining an even disposition under pressure (Strong)
