Roles & Responsibilities The Organizational Change Management Consultant will lead the organizational change plan development and execution of the TIM strategy rollout across the policy, data quality and inventory tracks of work.
The resource will apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes for the policy, data quality and inventory efforts.
Lead and document stakeholder assessment and management plan
Assess the change impact
Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
Identify and manage anticipated resistance
Design, develop, and deliver and management of communications.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Evaluate and ensure user readiness
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
