Description:

The Digital Marketing Order Management team is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of order booking activities between Client and its customers/partners for Client''s enterprise and channel business models.

The primary role of Order Management is to ensure accurate and expedient booking of revenue, while also providing world class customer service to Client partners/customers. This team also has full accountability for high level communication in terms of order status, deal review and query resolution.

What you''ll do
Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Client''s Digital Marketing software sales models.
Understand and adhere to related policies, procedures and processes.
Manage queries related to direct/channel customers (includes subscription & licensing programs), including returns.
Actively review sales pipeline and corresponding deal information to anticipate possible booking issues and work to resolve.
Validate order documents (contracts, purchase orders, approval docs etc upon contract execution.
Manually process orders for Enterprise and channel sales programs.
Work directly with internal Client departments (see below) and partners to resolve queries and open issues related to the OM process.
Support increased workload and additional hours when required i.e. soft close/quarter end periods.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed
Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience.
Has substantial understanding of the job, and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
High level of accuracy and consistency to complete transactions that require good attention to detail.
Demonstrates commitment to the role by taking time to learn about the business and processes we support. Can be SME within team for a specific process/program.
Adaptable – willing to take on extra work in addition to day to day role.
Team Player – willing to work as part of a wider team and provide support when required.
Strong social and self-awareness skills – has the ability to complete tasks and assignments with a positive, professional and friendly approach.
Good technical Skills, e.g. SAP, SFDC, CRM Systems, MS Office, Excel.
Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
Normally receives little instruction on daily work after initial training period, general instructions will be given on newly introduced assignments.
