REQUIREMENT:

eDataForce Client has Urgent need for an “Oracle eBusiness Suite Advanced Benefits” professional to contract initially for 3- 6 months and month to month after that if needed. The location of the project is: St. Petersburg, Florida
This professional need to have expertise in Oracle Advanced Benefits with integration to Payroll.

The following key abilities are desirable:

Review current plan and progset up
Review new year plan set ups and assist with implementation
Evaluate and develop life event set up and modify as needed
Evaluate and improve self-service process flow
Personalization of pages
Validate integration with payroll processing
Validation and revision of vendor files as needed
Conduct gap analysis and identify and help implement solutions
Open Enrollment process support; before, during and after

Excellent Communication is a MUST
