Required Skills: (60- 84 months)
At least 6 months experience with Worker’s Compensation Insurance, which includes the maintenance and end user support to process indemnity payments
At least 60 months experience in Oracle development, PL/SQL development including Triggers, Packages
At least 36 months experience in Oracle SQL tuning
At least 72 months experience in C# development
At least 12 months experience in JQuery development
At least 12 months experience in Microsoft MVC development
At least 6 months experience with Innotas project portfolio management
At least 6 months experience with Asysco framework
At least 12 months experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 or newer

Project Description:
Refresh the Worker’s Compensation claimant payments application
Responsibilities:
The duties of the consulting resources would be to analyze, plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following:
Company Refresh: A project which focuses on modernizing our current Compensation Payment application, and also has indirect impact to the claims center application (ie. Moving data elements out of Company)
The consultant will adhere to NYSIF''s application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.
