Responsibilities:
Lead upgrade efforts for Oracle WebCenter Portal to 12c
Work as part of a small team to support and learn the
platform
Work with cross teams to fix Integration issues
efficiently and in a timely manner
Moving in to the lead developer position for 12c upgrade
Must have experience in upgrades to 12c
The ideal candidate will actively participate in creating
a successful Oracle WebCenter environment for the organization, business,
front end developers, and content contributors
Manages integrated functionality, usability, reliability,
performance and support requirements of a system
Applies and mentors use of tools to define requirements
Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement
Ensures high level designs including architecture
requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements
Assists in developing training documentation and
proactive identification of additional document
Must have at least 5 years of development experience and
at least 2 years of Oracle WCS experience
Experience in migration of WebCenter to 12c
Experience in migration from Web Logic Portal (old
Portal) to Oracle WCS sites platform
Proficiency in HTML, AngularJS 1.x (JS), Bootstrap CSS
Framework 2
Oracle WebCenter Portal 12c
Proficiency in J2EE (JSP, Servlets) & Java 5
Very good communication & documentation skills is a must
Ability to create and write good Knowledge articles
